    Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (), or Krishnamacharya for short, was an Indian Ayurvedic healer, scholar and yoga teacher. He is widely regarded as “The Father of Modern Yoga” for reviving Hatha yoga, and combining breath and movement into vinyasa..
